Not a good place AT ALL Lack of communication, career advancement and empathy. The worst company I have ever been a part of. Almost every employee complains about the culture of the bank. There is so much favoritism and nepotism here, it should be illegal. Please do your self a favor and do not work here, the starting salary my look attractive but it's only to use you as a slave. In addition, they manage using the fear factor "if you don't do it.. you will lose your job" type of deal. Also, as mentioned in some reviews most of these "positive" reviews of the bank are fake. I can tell you first hand, because they have asked me to do so!! Very tacky! They need everything!
