Not Appropriate for White Collar Professionals
This firm is not appropriate for white collar people, the company fired half of it's staff last year, while I was there 2/3 of the Analyst team had to leave, the pay is awful and far to low for the level of stress involved. Everyone is disposable, poor quality of life. I would say, if you are a white collar professional this is probably not the place for you unless it is just a stepping stone to find another job; you don't want to end up a weasel in this bag - they don't even warn you, but they pit everyone against one another flush out and re-recruit. Someone else said it well - "Good place to learn, terrible place to grow". The company also lies about various things from title to benefits and pay, and you only discover you've been stiffed once your stuck. While your there every day will be so underpaid for the level of stress you will determine it is not worth it and resign or they will see it coming and fire you. Happens to everyone... It's not a career.
