Lack of ethics: Quality is definitely compromised in the products that were shipped out. Certain products are not true to size/color, and will be shipped anyways. -Lack of trust: Management will gain trust to receive information, until they are no longer interested in finishing work and will use that against you, as well as verbal abuse. will let go of coworkers that they personally hired after only a few weeks, leaving the office empty and delegates tasks that are not within contract. Consistently breaks contract and will ask for projects without pay. -Lack of organization: Work space with inventory is disorganized, management will not allow coworkers to organize fully and know inventory information in general, making production slow and confusing. Management does not understand time priority for projects. Will make you start a project, only to stop halfway and start a new project and then will question why projects aren't finished. -Nepotism runs deep in the company.
