You are expected to be available to work at ALL times including weekends and nights. Extremely toxic and unprofessional work environment. It is frowned on to take normal lunch breaks. More responsibilities will be given to you without proper notice, increased time to finish tasks, or proper training. You will get yelled at for things that are not your fault and if you stand up for yourself, supervisors will find another reason to yell at you. No one is happy and everyone is always complaining about each other. There is no room to grow and learn in this position. There are no art directors or people with graphic design backgrounds. Just a lot of micromanaging. You might as well screen record everything you do because you will be asked to do things all over again. But this also means that you are responsible for an extremely large workload. The regular work hours are 9:30-7:00, but do not be surprised if you're there for more than 12 hours a day. This is not a graphic design position. This is a graphic design, social media, photography, photo editing, random miscellaneous intern work, and personal assistant position. You will be required to do a lot of things that were not discussed during the interview process and you will not be properly trained on how to complete these tasks.
