Run the other way! Toxic work environment. Despicable ?leadership?. All of those ?leaders? should be fired - inexperienced people with superiority complexes that abuse their teams and play mind games. Shame on management for having kept them so long while other people take the fall. Every week someone sends out an office-wide email resigning (or is outright fired). Turn over is high... and for good reason-anyone with a semblance of a brain wouldn?t work here. Can?t speak to the architecture department, but my advice is to run the other way. And if we?re talking design wise - every design pretty much looks the same and has the same ?concept? and i?m using that term loosely. This place is a mill creating the same designs over and over again. Creativity comes here to die.
