Terrible management! Beware! Pretty much everything about working for this company is a con. If management sees you starting to reach any type of goal or gain any type of strengths in the company they will be very quick to slap you right out of that high feeling of success. The turnover rate is insanely high. Every single employee that has been let go or quit was because of management either making there lives miserable where they had no other choice but to quit or because of management firing them for getting to far ahead. I worked there over a year and witnessed many people come and go and the manager was the sole reason for everyone's departure. Employees are even assigned homework to be completed over the weekend and turned in on Monday like its school instead of a job. They will cut you down infront of anyone and everyone, judge you on your religious beliefs and race and will not pay you money youve earned just because they dont feel like it. The one good review this company has on this site was provided by an employee that they paid to write a positive review. If a company has to pay people to get positive reviews...what does that tell you? If you are offered a job with this company you will most likely get paid a lot of money but the poor treatment you will receive really does outway the wages. My advice is don't ever ever get affiliated with this company if you want success in life.
