Terrible
Extremely micromanaged, to the point where if you ended the day at 8 and you needed 10 they come after you. Management has a lot of growing up to do, very unprofessional work place. Working conditions are disgusting, in the winter it?s freezing you wear a coat, and summer it?s scorching hot to the point where you are sweating and need a shower. They promise growth but never act on it, and the pay is super low.
