They dont really care about the longevity of their employees Management are scattered, and cant handle the work flow that they receive. This funnels down to the employees, making it a medium to high stress work area. Also they say yes to every single job, forcing us employees to learn things that we have never done before in less than an hour. Also everything is paid under the table and there are no benefits for employees here.
