Think twice before you join Very high turnover in Associate and VP level, specially in Advisory Team. Hierarchal culture, zero training and mentorship, organization is not conducive to realtime feedback, lack of IT investments. Managers meet biweekly to critique employees without a focus on helping the employee achieve without a focus any focus on developmental goals. Managers themselves gossip. I have never worked in a place with the level of gossip and cliques - awful atmosphere at work. Rollouts of new softwares are unorganized and end up generating double/triple work for employees. Instead of upgrading to new efficient software, new software are patchy and not helpful. The entire operation is extremely inefficient, resulting in lots of manual and administrative work for Associates and VPs.
