Worst company I've worked for 1. You're not allowed to discuss your salary with colleagues it's actually written into your contract. There's a reason for this; the 'in' people get far higher pay rises than others. 2. You're asked to do things that you know you shouldn't. On your own head be it, but remember, when the axe falls it's your head on the chopping block, not the directors. 3. You won't be paid the appropriate amount for the level of responsibility they put onto you. 4. One of the directors has a hair trigger temper - I wonder why so many people disappear without warning? First you'll hear is an email going round saying that 'so and so' has left and won't be coming back. We used to joke about Sweeny Todd it got so frequent. 5. There's a lot of back stabbing, bullying seems to get you to the top in this company.
