The Golden Age is over though, and I would imagine that the company is nearly shut down at this point, considering they?ve laid off all but a handful of their HQ employees...even the CEO has left/been pushed out due to bad business practices. They will hire you because they like your personality and skill set, without having a solid position for you, which will result in various one-off projects and a blurry growth plan of your future career growth with the company. When they realize that the thoughtless pipe dream they have you working on will not work, they?ll either completely change your position, or will lay you off. They only make?excuse me, MADE their money off of Facebook Ads and are in the predicament they?re in now because the CEO and his bro squad never made moves to diversify away from making money off of FB ads.
