A very special place
While there simply isn't enough time in the world to list out everything that's wrong with this place, the 4 biggest issues are: totally inept leadership, lack of any structure or processes, lack of career growth unless you are a loud and obnoxious person, and really low pay. Employees are often expected to take on responsibilities outside the scope of their roles for free. The creative directors and people at the top are poor leaders, inefficient, and can't communicate anything clearly. It's often the case that those same people at the top are there because of time spent with the company, not talent or being qualified for the role, so surprise surprise none of them know what they're doing. There is no real HR or way of resolving issues no matter how big or small. Also, the snack situation is a lie?it's bleak at best. Overall, if you know your worth and/or value yourself in any way, run.
