An Unfortunate Experience This place is so poorly run I'm amazed they've existed this long. Nepotism and favoritism abound here. There are no benefits, low-moderate pay and bad HR practices. There's an employee handbook but it's just for show and will be changed to work in the foundation's favor if ever unemployment comes up--they have lied to avoid paying it. Don't expect to have an hr long lunch unless you're eating at your desk as they pretend their employees are part time and only deserve 20 min breaks. There is a lot of drama and attitude here. They have a high turnover rate--all of the CEOs assistants quit within a year or two and often end up working for both the CEO and her husband. They have a next door neighbor that has it out for them and are constantly dealing with legal issues because of it.
