Avoid, avoid, avoid. Nasty attitudes from the owners, condescension from day one, zero lenience for time off, unreasonable time/task demands. They have extremely self-serving and selective memories about previous conversations, which can lead to a lot of unneeded stress, especially if it involves your salary or hours. Elitist/racist attitudes and comments (whether or not they're aware of it), which can be very awkward and uncomfortable to overhear. Horribly-organized and roughly-treated inventory that blocks fire exits, only cleared when they know there will be a hazard inspection. No ventilation for fumes at shrink-wrap station. And check expiration dates if you shop there, as some stock might have been sitting in a dusty corner for longer than you think.
