BEWARE!!!! Pay is very low...poverty level pay. There is no way to support a dog, let alone a human, on the pay. They will promise you big commission but this is a huge lie. Product is almost impossible to sell. I was successful in sales for over 19 years so had high hopes of great commissions. They tell you one thing and then change the commission plan and not pay you. Managers are extremely unprofessional and do not lead at all. Promised 12 weeks of training but than never happened. Do not leave your job for this company. You will regret it eight away. Also...no HR structure at all so good luck getting anything done about the extremely unfortunate treatment you receive from management.
