Disappointed None of the positions are real. They are just names. No business, technical, or marketing positions are real. This is not a tech driven company and all so called developers and engineers are there for support. There is nothing to develop or code. Over qualified entry level employees are hired with the false promise that they will be moved to a developer position(which is in reality a support not development position). It NEVER happens. As a result, employees get disappointed and leave the company sooner or later. That is why this company doesn't have anyone who has more than 2 years of experience with the company. The upper level staff of VPs, directors, and managers have been with the company for a few years only because of nepotism and favoritism. Most don't have a graduate degree and have never worked for any other companies. Lack of education and experience in the upper management level leads to the bad management. Its all about manipulation and shady deals if you want to be promoted. Talent doesn't count. VPs are rude, inappropriate and disrespectful to the employees. They build some "star" employees up with sky high expectations, then blame them when things don't pan out. Management will change the company structure every other month without adequate explanation as to why. It's also risky. The company mainly relies on one big customer and their client base is only in one subset of the retail industry. The company has been around for 15 years or so and still has only about 50-60 employees! Company always claims 'we keep hiring' but what they never mention is, more people leave than join.
