Don't recommend As an intern you must do a lot of labor not associated with the internship aka get coffee and lunch for employees as well as various other tasks. I never got a bonus and worked here for years (part time and eventually worked as a full time employee) but my hard work was never properly acknowledged. I didn't realize how bad it was until I left to work for another firm where they treated me with much more respect, gave me a bonus after recognizing hard work and got the job done as a team. This firm consists of a lot of nepotism, felt uncomfortable as one of the only POC at this firm as there were none in the higher level positions. HR did not help me when I was having issues but instead I had to quit. Cried multiple times at this firm without any comfort on fixing the issues that needed to be dealt with. A lot of back biting and gossiping even in the upper level employees. Tax floor is treated with a lot of disrespect and being there on time was a priority or else you would be watched every day and have to scan your ID (as finance floor did not). This transcended into how I felt my work ethic was not enough and would continue to strive to do better (as this was my first corporate job) but that was never the case I know now looking back.
