Loan Processor Product Manager extremely rude and unprofessional. Does not care about the borrowers, company or employees. The entire pasadena team with exception of 1-2 employees all worked with Product Manager in the past thus they are accustomed to foul treatment and threats of violence from the manager. New candidates have no place here unless you are ok with brown nosing the Product Manager and lack experience in a professional productive work environment. Within first two hours on the job all the employees stated how much they hated working there and are all looking for new employment. With two weeks four people actually quit. Office staff went from 10 to 6. Lack of enthusiasm to work files efficiently and close on time. In six months this office funded 5 loans.
