May look pretty on outside but it?s ugly on the inside Bad communication from management. Inventory levels, continuous extended backorders, & difficult return/exchange policies make it difficult to give customers the best experience possible. Management is at times abusive and intrusive to employees. There is basically no open door policy. 90% of upper management is related and their best interests are all that matter to them.
