Mismanaged and unprofessional Employees haven?t received raises in over 10 years. Most mismanaged and unprofessional place I have every worked. Owners smoke cigarettes and cigars inside the main offices forcing employees to breathe second hand smoke. No heat in the factory, employees forced to work in the cold. Owners can?t be trusted and constantly lie to their employees.
