No one deserves this kind of HELL!
Callous, rude and condescending behavior couched in terms of "strong personalities". No training on their standard operating procedures and an expectation that one should innately know what those standards are. Too few people to do the number of projects moving through the operation which requires 10 hour work days without possibility of lunch. Then, after completing tasks one is scolded for not taking lunches OR if one takes a lunch, scolded for leaving for 15 minutes to grab a quick sandwich. Poor track record of paying contractors/freelancers in a timely fashion without constant reminders.
