Not good As a business sales representative, you would expect to work 8-5 Mon through Fri. This company would call and text for updates on deals after hours and on the weekend. They also have the worst and most unreliable commission plan I've had in my 20+ years in sales. There is also a lot of incompetency and hand holding that has to take place to get orders to start and then you have to hold the cleaning crew accountable to deliver on a service you sold and put your name on. After seeing the shortcuts the cleaning crews take and lack of solid management, selling this service began to feel unethical.
