Not the company you would wish for Management is sadly, non-existent here. You are hired based upon merit and experience, yet it is not valued nor utilized in the end. The upper management team refuses to train new hires and from my experience, it is largely due to their own lack of experience and efficiency in which they do not want to be seen by company heads. Skilled employees, who work hard, and create positive relationships with clients, designers, and sales people, are not valued, nor appreciated for their hard work and desire to bring a positive experience to the end users. Team members with seniority, that lack in ability to be organized and work alone, are the employees protected by upper management despite their inefficiency, and lack of organization. Ownership stands in its own way by promoting team members to be inefficient, unorganized and non-detailed, to remain in positions of notoriety, as well as the faces of the company. If you are an individual with skills and assets, you should avoid Walters as your abilities will sadly be wasted.
