Run for the hills!! a complete chao & dysfunction at its best - really incompetent administration - corrupt board office - kids who could not read/write/ do math at their grade levels - kids who were failed by the system that they simply could not catch up by their high school graduation - parents who were absent in their kids' lives in every way - run-down old buildings that lacked proper heating and AC (what AC? fans were not even provided) - unsafe working conditions (mold anyone? students attacking teachers anyone?) - unpaid paperwork that have NOTHING to do with education - horrible and meaningless PDs that do not help the teachers in any way: geez, invest some $$$ into running good PD workshops instead of stealing money from people's paychecks - lack of accountability on every level - there are reasons why ALL good teachers leave. They can work elsewhere for better working conditions, least of which is about $$. - some of the teachers were the most incompetent and 'checked out' individuals who could care less about educating anyone. The organizational culture awarded these thieves.
