Don't Be Fooled! Financial insecurity is consistent. Paychecks are frequently late, bounce often, or are not given at all. Slander against former educators is presented either verbally or through letters to the parents and families, and the founder of the school exaggerates and gives falsified information about the school, the teachers, and himself to parents in order to sell them on the school. Founder has no background in education, child and family studies, education administration, or psychology, and teaches classes. Teacher certification, teaching experience, student teaching experience, and professional development is not required nor expected from classroom teachers, yet the founder boasts that "top quality" education is given at the school, and brags about the school's accreditations. An entire staff of educators left the school due to not receiving paychecks, working for a hostile and retaliatory employer, and for the founder's lack of commitment to teacher and staff financial security and educational integrity.
