Same Habits Equal Same Results People are unbelievably overworked - both lawyers and assistants. Most decisions are made by the Controller, who enjoys an unbelievable amount of power without any real accountability. Controller is also unkind, is robotic, and lacks empathy. The narrative here is that money is what really matters, no matter what is claimed. Actions and inactions speak louder than words. Lots of talk about positive culture, but this is hypocritical does not actually play out once Controller asserts herself and once Founding Partner is traveling.
