Just another seedy company owned by a seedy CEO 1. choose quantity over quality aka force us to take dogs inappropriate for our services. You know who you do a disservice to??? The dogs that actually should be in daycare!!! 2. cheap non recyclable products are only used, insanely wasteful company 3. Takes contagious dogs for 25$ service fee, misleading to customers/ degrading to employees, dogs with giardia have been taken for weeks at a time. Giardia is an intestinal infection marked by abdominal cramps, bloating, nausea and bouts of watery diarrhea that is transferable to humans. Imagine having to tell your boss you have this or just waiting a month for this painful infection to go away bc you can?t afford to go to the doc 4. The fees and prices aren?t online, a good way for saq to take advantage of these entitled rich people bc they?re too lazy to listen before hand but not too lazy to yell at your employees at pick up time 5. The fees, prices and other company changes happen without warning for employees AND customers 6. Instead of using meetings to explain new policies, raised prices or fees we are forced to play grade school games. For example one ?meeting? they had employees wear bandanas over their eyes and group themselves into pairs. Each pair was then assigned an animal to make the sound of while trying to find your mate across the room who was making the same sound. During this humiliating game a leader filmed us without our permission for unknown reasons. 7. There are cameras not just in the daycare rooms but IN EVERY ROOM even our break room, it?s creepy 8. Info is just sent to ?team leads? then a trickle down effect happens, like the game telephone you play as a kid this creates misinformation 9. Saq created a separate location to take half of our calls, none of the people on the phones understand our facilities or have even been there 10. The extra phone people are NOT on site but answer the phones claiming to be causing MORE MISINFO and more work when managers have to go back and fix what these extras messed up in the beginning 11. The phone people were just created to tell people yes for more revenue when in reality at the actual location with the dogs we are probably already over booked but they don?t care bc they just have to say yes and the ramifications land on someone who is actually working 12. Managers that are basically on call 24/7 bc the facility is 24/7 arent paid a cent more then regular employees 13. Van is broken always, I personally have jumped one of our transportation vans 4 times last winter. Last summer I drove without a left blinker, three whole months, I was pulled over by a cop, still don?t think it?s fixed. I stopped doing transport bc the 1$ raise wasn?t worth the abuse 14. A system has been brainwashed into employees so that they should feel guilty for being sick bc not enough employees are hired so then the already extra work falls on your coworkers, same for asking to go to the bathroom when you?re trapped in daycare group 15. No bonuses are given for The holidays even though no one is guaranteed off and everyone deals with the holiday rush the week before, of and after Christmas 16. Hire the least amount of people = more stress, which creates stress on the dogs and creates more fights 17.Newly hired employees are promised full time but given part time hours 18. Raises and promotions are only given out of desperation from corporate to fill positions when employees always eventually quit 19. No potty breaks are allowed for dogs at night bc overnight staff was switched to basic janitor services so they could save money, this leads to dogs going to the bathroom in their rooms FAR more often leading to more messes, dirty dogs and/or free baths 20. AND IF SAQ NADEEM WASN?T SKETCHY ENOUGH, there was a female employee working as a transportation employee last year. Driving in the Chicago loop is hard, parking in the Chicago loop is even harder. This employee, we will name Amy, got two parking tickets in one day. That sucks but it happens. Corporate tells her she will have to pay them both. This is low key illegal?? because I?m pretty sure parking tickets are issued to the vehicle therefore the company should pay... Amy ends up paying for both tickets and stops doing transportation. Right after that they make every transportation employee only at that location sign some contract about parking tickets. This is what is the most infuriating thing about Saq, his only North Star is money but even in his seediness he ends up wasting it. When he lost her as a transport employee he lost a very valuable player. It costs money to train new employees, and driving in the loop is training you can?t skimp on so now sure you?ve gotten out of paying for what 300$? But now you have to pay to recruit a new person, pay this person hourly to be trained (transport is a 10 hour shift btw) and pay the trainer as well for about 2 weeks idk seems dumb when they could have just been like you know what we?ll pay for one ticket per year or some sort of humane compromise like that 21. There is no limit on how long your dog stays there so we have had dogs living at pooch for weeks without going outside once bc walks are only given if paid for this creates stress which you guessed it, leads to fights 22.The customers are so rich it?s disgusting, we had a lady come in with a box of bottled waters that her dog could only drink, yet they always want to fight about all the 10$ fees Saq has hidden throughout the fine print 23. During the holidays you can see on the daycare cameras there is often over the legal amount of dogs (40) in daycare *update* I was fired for posting this
