Completed is the world's first standardized rating system for all people in business. Search for someone and rate them. If they don't exist, add them to Completed.
Performative encouragement, no real opportunities
CFO doesn't care about employee development. His job necessarily isn't to care, instead to care about numbers but he makes this very obvious. Not really a good thing... CEO at least pretends to care but gives a lot of lip service. Claims to care about your career development, but doesn't allow for real flexibility. Lower management is just as terrible and plays a lot of politics with strong personalities that will hinder your growth. Would not recommend long term. Ambition is seen as a negative and it internally discouraged within lower management, but CEO will tell you otherwise. Pay is below average and the average work week is about 50+ hours, with no overtime. Basically you work long weeks, get little pay, no overtime, and raises are rare.
