HORIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT!!!!
First of all they promise things to employees and then back off on their promises with a bunch of excuses. A good example is as a shift worker I am supposed to get 75 hours of lieu time as the rest of my coworkers do because we work public holidays. Lieu time is basically in lieu of working holidays (for 24/7/365 shift workers) you get another day off when you choose to take it. It's a very basic thing here in Bermuda and all my coworkers had it. Myself and a colleague of mine started around the same time and upper management at CI2 Aviation wrote our contracts differently and never told our local management as our local management would have pointed out to upper-management their oversight regarding my lieu time as well as my one colleague's lieu time who started the job the same time I started. Everyone else besides myself and that 1 coworker got their 75hrs of lieu in their contracts. Then when I put my time in to take a long vacation to go visit my family in the USA I was told to use my 75 hours of lieutime and then my 90 hours of vacation time which is what we would normally do. My colleague did the same thing with visiting her folks in the UK. However after doing that and while I was away in USA CI2 upper management contacts our local management saying my colleague and I will be short of hours and we needed to either make up 75hrs on short notice or take a massive pay cut. CI2 cheated me out of my lieu time as well as my colleague and we were then working all this overtime like slaves as we got literally NOTHING out of it except to not take a pay cut. The worst part is our local management tried to have my back and my colleagues back and pointed out this oversight to CI2 upper managenent when they contacted our local management saying I needed to make up time and the CI2 CEO said that this was a mistake on their part and they will fix it. However not too much later CI2 upper management HR department contacted our local management and said that this was no mistake and that I had to make up (again another FALSE EXCUSE TO CHEAT ME OUT). CI2 Aviation are shady and they cheat out their employees. They are FAR BEHIND on their pension contributions I might add. Another thing was when I first got this job they promised my colleague and I that we would stay in this nice club for my initial 3 month probation period and then after that we would be responsible for finding our own accommodations. Then literally my first day in Bermuda I became suspicious of these people at CI2 as I was then told I would only be in this club for a week and then for the rest of the 3 months I was put up in this little mediocre apartment that had no laundry and no internet and I hated it. My colleague had it worse as she did not even get a week in the club and was forced to stay in a mediocre apartment that had NO KITCHEN making her not able to cook for herself. CI2 has failed to pay out owed overtime and all they do is make up excuses to cheat out their employees every chance they get. CI2 is a company founded on cheating and lies and I urge people to not apply for jobs at this company for your own sake.
