The managers get yelled at by corporate staff when things go wrong. This makes managers turn around and yell at sales associates who become fearful and hateful. The sales staff get the worst treatment and blame for all faults. The work is tedious and they purposely don't hire a lot of staff to pay less and make employees do the work of more than one person. On top of that, they don't care if you've been a loyal employee, they will fire you for whatever reason. I've seen it happen many times.
