A basic paycheck
Constant management change. CFO, COO, HR Dir have all changed multiple times just in 4 years! Owner can?t keep an assistant. Deceptive and it trickles down. HR is a name only. Avoid, look the other way and do what their told is the management style. Gossip is worse than middle school. You can expect to be unhappy. A company full of bosses with no leaders.
