Avoid Spylight The management never agreed on the vision for the company. They didn't even understand every department. The CEO had dangerously poor communication skills, which resulted in major issues with clients and with the majority of the employees they ended up having to let go. They didn't warn the editorial department or writing staff of their plans to no longer have a site for blog content. This means that links no longer exist and as a writer that is all you have to pitch when trying to find more opportunities.
