AVOID!! We'll start with the fact that you are not paid overtime, though you are required to work extra hours. When a bad review comes in, employees are blamed and berated. Management refuses to take responsibility for their actions or admit any mistake. Management will pile new duties onto employees without any incentive--raise in pay or change in title. Employees do not sign a contract and are therefore expected to do any and everything management asks without question. If you attempt to create boundaries by asking for clarity on your duties or by asking management to treat you with respect, you will be bullied, berated, and ultimately terminated. Management is extremely sexist. They expect women to do much more of the grunt work without question and treat male employees with much more respect and kindness.
