Disappointment Poor direct management. More concerned with personal life then actually working. Vents about dislike for work and wants to leave but never does. Moral in general is bad. Floor staff is disgruntle as well. When there is a slight increase of patients everyone begins running around in confusion or sit around mad because they have to work. The environment is uncomfortable for people who enjoy their jobs and like coming to work. Makes you not want to work there.
