Great business model, lame management, lying leaders worst management and organization ive seen in start-ups. yes the leaders are young but they have the most oldfashioned way of managing the company: very very Chinese styled management if you get what i mean. financial department never replies your message on time even when you need immediate payment for your planned events. employees need to pay for company bills in branch offices and the amount is way higher than their salary -- you better have your credit card ready to cover that expense. extremely long hours and you must clock in and out with GPS location. bosses may call you any time and nobody cares about your lunch break. ceo has unreasonable confidence about their benefits packages which only include visa sponsorship (but only a few people can get it! dont be fooled!!!!). they seem to have a detailed system for everything you do at work: you file reports/applications for payment/reimbursement/weekly reports/meetings. YET, they dont see how much unnecessary time and efforts are put into these steps and do not offer detailed instructions. if you miss a small item in application for reimbursement, and you dont know the correct format, yes you can ask the cfo but cfo will not reply with the right answer, only reject your application and thats it. nowhere to find help. but you cannot complain because cfo/finance department is lead by someone important to ceo LOL. unprofessional hr. always on phone during interviews. lie about wages and benefits and lure you into this company. ceo will also trick you with bonus but ive never seen any raises. many employees left because they could no longer stand their lies. stay away from the company especially do not join any branch offices. their la office seems better but still squeeze every drop of your blood out. branch offices have poor support from so called headquarters. most new employees they have are on OPT or knowing as "cheap slaves"
