Horrible Leadership at this School Horrendous management. The administration truly beats down their employees, There is zero support for teachers. Instead admin hawk around our classrooms looking for the most minor infraction and follow up with a "meeting" where you are normally screamed at for a long time. Incredibly unprofessional. I do not know one employee who is happy working here. DO NOT WORK HERE. Employees refer to it as North Korea. This is not an exaggeration. I just do not want any teachers to go through what I and many others have at this school. This is easily the worst school I have ever worked at. Micro managing hell.
