Horrible Operation No opportunity for advancement. They give you the responsibilities of management but without the title or pay. Their install crews are horrible because they won't pay to keep good foremen or electricians. I would never have Verengo install anything on my home. They hire people willing to accept minimum wage, not people who are qualified. Crews are rushed to complete jobs in order to get bonuses and the quality of work reflects this. "Do more with less" is a popular phrase around here. Company Moto - "Everyone is replaceable" which is true to some extent but to blatantly tell your employees this is bad for morale. There is no job stability. You can be fired at any time. Don't expect any loyalty from this company. They have massive layoffs periodically. Usually around holidays because they care that little and the company is floundering. Lower level management is clueless, unorganized and unqualified. Upper Management is never stable. People come and go probably because they see how fast the ship is sinking. Stay away from Verengo. I hear Sunrun is much busier and more organized
