Everyone except the standard worker bee (management, administrative support, ?human resources? etc.) is part of the president/owner?s family or an in-law or the best friend of a daughter. So anticipate working harder than most while being severely mistreated and reprimanded for the faults of others aka family. You will be underpaid, under appreciated, and have benefits way below industry standard. The owner will drive up in her luxury vehicle and frequently describe her second home/winery while refusing to provide employees with paid dental and vision insurance. Exceptionally high turnover rate as employees figure out quickly that the economy is too good and that life is too short to spend your time working for awful people.
