If I could give negative stars I would I wouldn?t wish a job here on my worst enemy. First things first, some of the biggest lies they feed you when you interview - ?it?s like one big family here? ?most of our employees have worked here for 10+ years!? These are all lies. A handful of the warehouse employees have worked here for years, otherwise the turnover is so high because everyone is miserable. Most employees lack college degrees because they do not want to pay decent salaries. The CEO and COO are arrogant and unprofessional. They have no idea how to manage people. The way they treat people is appalling. They only care about one thing - how much money hits their own wallets. Its common occurrence for one of them to send you a harsh email yelling at you to do X. Then 10 minutes later they come into your office asking why you haven?t responded yet. And then the following week they stomp into your office yelling why the heck did you do X. And you will be left confused, with no opportunity for conversation or explanation. And they will contradict themselves, and each other often. If you like being micromanaged this is the place for you! If you like working in a hostile environment this is the place for you! If you like being told what to do, and then also yelled at for doing exactly what you were told to do, this is the place for you!
