Inconsistent and borderline negligent managment Inconsistent schedule -Inconsistent hiring practices and management; they seem to treat some employees one way and other employees completely differently. Favoritism abound -Borderline negligent facility; very little/no training for kennel staff, dogs are kept in suspect conditions, the facility is in a constant state of disrepair -INSANE turnover rate. In the 6-months I worked there, I saw almost every single employee that was there before (and even a couple hired after) me leave. Management is pretty much incompetent when if comes to leadership/communication. -Very little room for growth as an employee, unless you want to be a groomer. -Constant risk of injury since kennel staff is consistently understaffed/overbooked
