Low pay & long hours
The pay was low as far as industry standards were concerned. The hours were unusually long compared to other companies. don't be surprised to put in 60 hour weeks and receive very little to no bonus. The company was generally disorganized and constantly looked for a reason to blame the lower level employees and PM's alike.
