Messy Company The entire management system is wack. Every supervisor became a supervisor due to favoritism. I worked there for a short period and still managed to do my job better than the supervisors, still managed to know the rules and protocal better than the supervisors. Supervisors were always stepping on my toes because they always tried to get me in trouble but I would end up being correct in the end. I felt like they were out to get me, and I'm not sure if it was out of jealousy or what. Too much drama, the unprofessionalism in the office needs to be regulated. Overall, my supervisor was not there when I needed them, and the program manager did little to accommodate my needs as an employee as well. I did not feel comfortable at this company due to the poor management mainly, I was tired of my "superiors" constantly looking the other way when there was nothing in it for them. Poor team to work with. I also did not like that sometimes certain rules were enforced, like covering tattoos, but other times, or with certain staff, the rules did not apply. Like I said, it was a mess of a company and I would unfortunately not recommend this job to anyone.
