Miserable job position CSR position was terrible; dealing with entitled, rude customers day in, day out. Processes and job responsibilities are repetitive and unnecessarily complicated. No challenge or real thought process to get the job done...answer the phone, talk down rude customers, follow process, and repeat. Management is not approachable. Promised multiple growth opportunities but never any follow-through or growth plan outlined to get there. Just continuously told "coming soon"... If you're decent at the position, they will pigeon-hold you in that role because employee turn rate is so high.
