Not a good work environment. Low pay. Keep looking! I've been here a while and have seen it all. The turnover is so high. I don't plan to be here much longer. Last year they had 3 HR managers in less than 6 months, 2 accounting managers, 2 customer liasons, a customer service manager, 3 brand communications managers plus even more regular staff that were really good. There is no senior leadership or growth here just micromanagement and low pay. Sad.
