Run... By far, one of the worst experiences of whole entire existence and I've worked horrible jobs. If you enjoy petty office politics for a small company, then this company for you. if you enjoy working under the scrutiny and watchful eye of big brother, this company is for you. if you enjoy being underpaid and overworked whilst the owner whisks themselves away on plane rides around the country, this company is for you. if you enjoy doing all the work that should be handled by more than a handful of people, this company is for you. nepotism runs deep within this company, toiling with a double standard. there is too much work and not enough workers. they want the "best" for the least pay but are not willing to invest and expect you to keep on fighting a losing battle, and if you lose, management will view it as your inability to complete the work. you will be overworked but don't count on overtime - because there is none but continue to make sure everything is done correctly and perfectly because only the best works at this company and it is a "privilege" to work there. the pay is horrible. if you went too fancy art school but enjoy low pay, this would also be the perfect company for you. you will only get a raise after a review and even after the review, the raise is not enough to make anyone stay. you are better off looking for a new job than wasting your time with the review because they do not want to give it to you any way. if you enjoy a profit-before-the-welfare-of-employees environment, this is also for you. there is nothing positive about the company and anything you see otherwise, e.g. Eco friendly, Green living, sustainability - is a facade to hide the true intentions of the owners, which is financial gain and profit.
