Smoke and Mirrors Poor management. Little to no training. Expects employees to train themselves by looking up videos on the internet. Harassed if the repairs aren't completed in the time dispatch and management thinks they should be completed. Every call is different. High technician turnover do to poor management, lack of training and long hours. Poor timely customer service, due to scheduling and lack of technicians. Outdated computer applications causes delays in time, due to double entering work order information. No physical Human Resources. ADP is HR.
