Busy season type hours for 10 1/2 months out of the year. Unrealistic expectations to complete an amount of complex returns that take the average preparer more hours to prepare than are in a day. Inadequate training - advisers (senior associates) will assign complicated returns without taking the time to explain how they should be prepared. Poor work environment - ergonomics and personal comfort are "mute points" according to HR. The health and well being of staff are of no concern. The numbers are all that matter to management.
