Terrible place to work
Lead on team was not professional. BA's were talked about to other BA's negatively. Technology utilized needs to be updated. When technical issues arise it is always the employees fault. Then this time is considered as UNPAID tech time. They have mastered this!! Some team members didn't care so customers were not helped in first call so second call in they would be irate.
