Terrible.....Just an awful place to work at. Overworked and underpaid staff. Teams that work on client cutover assignments are not prepared due to other stakeholders in other departments are not completing their own tasks or are trained due NOT knowing the product. Accountability and Communications - It doesn?t exist here. Tickets are passed around like playing a game of hot potato. Cross team communications doesn?t exist. It?s a mindset of out of sight out of mind. Frustrated clients working with specific teams. Tickets go stale and you wonder why the clients are frustrated due to lack of follow up from those teams that own the work. Non-technical Managers who are in technical managers role. No Work Life Balance - Working a full day then working on a late night implementation that can finish between 3-4am.
