Awful place to work at They underhire in order to save money and put all the burden and stress of extra duties onto you. Clearly they do not care about well being of employees if they're willing to overburden someone with too much work and put the blame on you if it isn't done. - They have a tendency to mistreat the people at the bottom. They shame their receptionist for calling in sick or being away from the phone to take bathroom breaks. The only people they care about are the attorneys. - There is very little appreciation and motivation. They only care about work done and does not recognize any effort you put into work. - Overall, very stressful job and low reward. The pay is not good.
